A Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a skilled professional who plays a critical role in providing exceptional service to insurance clients. You are responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of insurance-related tasks, from answering questions about policies to processing claims and providing general support.
Key responsibilities include:

Address client inquiries related to policy details, coverage options, billing issues, and claims status, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and updates, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.

Guide clients through the claims process, helping them understand the steps involved and ensuring timely resolution.

Hourly: $18.50 - $21
