Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description

A Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a skilled professional who plays a critical role in providing exceptional service to insurance clients. You are responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of insurance-related tasks, from answering questions about policies to processing claims and providing general support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Address client inquiries related to policy details, coverage options, billing issues, and claims status, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and updates, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Guide clients through the claims process, helping them understand the steps involved and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to provide customers with quotes and information on available coverage options.

Hourly: $18.50 - $21

Base Pay + Commission
